Our history of customer satisfaction goes back to
1977 when HTF's owner Dave Smith was asked by Texas
Steel Co. to develop and build a new state of the
art, low maintenance carbottom furnace. That effort
yielded the first all-fiber door jam and started a
continuing chain of innovations.
